These people are Racist. I have shopped there a couple of times but the last time I was there with my Hispanic friends( I myself am a black woman) there was an old lady who worked for the store who began following us EVERYWHERE we went in the store. One of my friends finally got fed up with it and walked up to the front desk to let what I presume was the owner know. She instantly had a nonchalant attitude towards it and said she is following us so she can help us. I chimed in and said that’s not what she is doing. Oh and I want to add that at one point my friends and I separated to look at separate items and the lady stayed RIGHT next to me while I was looking at an item. So it was clear she was told to follow me. Anyway, my friends got on to her and the owner proceeded to LAUGH. No apology no nothing. Even after my friends said that we have been paying customers in the past. I’d imagine she was laughing from the embarrassment at being called out for what kind of wicked spirit she really had. I regret having spent my hard earned money with them in the past but I will never do it again. And I suggest if you are black and care about your dignity and self respect, that you don’t shop with these wicked...

My son shopped around with a friend and found a few items he wanted. I told him he would have to wait a few days for his birthday to be able to purchase them. When the day came he was so excited and rushed over praying the items were still there and when they were he texted me about how happy he was to finally buy them. It was heart breaking to see him come home CRUSHED because he was turned down at the counter even after watching staff safety wrap the mirror he was wanting due to not having his I.D. I’m sorry but I’ve NEVER heard of such a rule and we are experienced thrifters and enjoy antiques as our home is Filled with them. If this is Truly a rule there needs to be a sign posted somewhere. I came in at 4:45pm, 15 minutes before they close at 5. As soon as I walked in the older lady with white hair didn’t even let the door close behind me before telling me they were closed. I just wanted to ask a question- if they had any rosary’s, because when I tried to call them their number didn’t work. I live 30 minutes away. So I drove 30 minutes into town to be treated rudely and turned away. The answer by the way was just, “I don’t know.” No other help. Customer service is a 0. I get that you were closing in 15 minutes… but you’re still open for 15 minutes. Help...
