Eskimo Hut - Frozen Daiquiris To-Go — Restaurant in Abilene

I just left with my friend and the lady Heather, was nice at first. Between us we ordered 6 drinks. She asked us to pull to the side and wait. We waited for like 40 minutes (4 cars came and left while we sat there) and she finally gave use some of our order and took our signed receipts and said she would be right back with the rest of our order and straws. So we werent able to give her the cash tip. Then she came back basically throwing the last drinks at us and didnt give us any straws and was mad that we didnt give her a tip on our cards. She didnt even give us a chance to tip and we shouldnt be forced to put a tip on our cards when between us we paid about 70 dollars in drinks. I will not be returning to...

I have used all three locations here in Abilene and I have never felt like a new customer. All the staff is very friendly. I've called to check stock before going by there, and "B" just happened to be the one to answer the phone each time at two different locations. She's very friendly and professional and always gone above to make sure my question was answered, not just answered but answered right. I have to say though all of the employees have gone out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer leaving there. Be it for smokes, drinks or just ice...You won't find service and staff like this anywhere else, that's for sure. Keep up the...

Maybe put a menu OUTSIDE the garage so people coming through and waiting in line have time to kinda choose what they want. Not everyone is from here and not everyone has been here so how the heck am i supposed to know what I want ? This place is kinda pricey for what you get, but they are always doing specials pretty much every day of the week. You just have to know about it...follow them on FB or visit their website. It's just kinda annoying that you can't see a menu or anything until you are inside the garage, and by then they have already taken...
