Where to begin? I have been a customer of Hutcheonâs Flower Co. for some years now. There is good reason for this: I have never, (me on the West Coast), nor have my ârecipientâsâ ever, (they on the East Coast), been disappointed with whatever flowers, plants, etc. I have chosen at, and have had delivered by, Hutcheonâs Flower Co. A âFor instance?â you ask? No problem. A few days ago I chose a particularly beautiful, (which is difficult for they all are), bouquet of flowers, of a modest size, from Hutcheonâs Flower Co., to be delivered to my recipientâs, (itâs okay that itâs the same bouquet I reasoned; they donât know each other). I had called late in the day, oblivious of the time difference as I sometimes am, and spoke to another one of the many, (where they find them Iâve no idea), pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating to a fault, floristâs, and, as usual, hung up soon after satisfied that the bouquets I ordered would be delivered at the time Iâd specified and to much delight by their recipientâs, both of whom I felt needed some delighting⌠So it was with some trepidation that I answered a call from Hutcheonâs soon after Iâd placed my order. Apparently they had run out of one flower contained in the bouquetâs and were apologizing that theyâd have to replace it with another, an uncommon occurrence, but it did happen. No worries, I responded, I knew from experience that the replacement flower would not significantly change the look or feel of the bouquets. Furthermore it was I that should apologize for calling so late! Once again, neither I nor my friends were âdisappointedâ. Quite the contrary. After the flowerâs delivery, (call me âselfishâ but it makes me happy to make other people happy), i received the calls of âThank you, they are just what I neededâ and âYou always know when Iâm down, thank youâ! Though these calls went way beyond that, embarrassingly so! When the pictures, (they always send a picture), arrived I understood my friendâs âexcitementâ(?) is the only word that fits. The florist at Hutcheonâs Flower Co. had gone above and beyond any expectations and delivered works of art. I only wish I could include here the photographs, (yes plural!), my friends sent. I have no doubt that a week from now I will receive even more photographs showing the bouquets looking just as they did upon delivery. This also has been mine and, more importantly, my recipientâs experience. Hutcheonâs Flower Co. has continued to surpass them selves in every way. This is the reason I remain a customer. They inspire confidence and trust. I am not easy to please and yet Hutcheonâs Flower Co. has managed to please me no end from the very beginning, and I cannot imagine leaving the objects of my affection in the hands of...
Read moreWOW!!! I admit, I wrote a disappointing review last month. I ordered, what I thought, was a very expensive wreath for my Grandfather's funeral services and was quite disappointed in the quality. JoAnne, the owner reached out personally and was upset to hear I was unhappy. She asked how they could make it right, and I asked for a beautiful bouquet to be delivered to my grandmother- my grandfathers widow. She just had the most unbelievable fall bouquet delivered!! My 87 year old grandmother is blown away! The floral arrangement brought her to tears!! I am a customer who went from disgust to delight!! I thank you JoAnne for standing by your product and putting a much needed smile on my Nana's face! Absolutely...
Read moreMy dad passed away recently and the first place I thought about getting the arrangements for the funeral was here. I had previously ordered an arrangement back in April and everyone loved it so I went back. I believe her name was Debbie (?). She was very nice. We ordered 4 arrangements and they came out beautiful. I received a call to make sure that they got it right. They even added extra roses for my momâs choice. For my surprise, when we arrived at the funeral home, they also sent a smaller arrangements in a vase that was by the guest book signing as a thank you. Thank...
