• BEWARE * Service and supply companies. The owner of this store will lie, fabricate stories and do whatever he can to avoid having to pay for work completed at this store. This owner put this review on my Google review page...... Horrible service, unprofessional, want to rip you off to make extra money. Called in for service because my tech was busy came in and told me my system needs to replaced since it’s unrepairable. Left in 15 mins I saw his truck in my parking lot came back after hour demanded 2 hours of charge. I asked you left in 10-15 mins why 2 hours, showed me attitude and took money. Next day my tech came he fixed it without replacing in less than hour. So please if your tech doesn’t know how to fix why we should pay him and why he asks for extra money for wasting his time in parking lot.

Here are the FACTS Our current GPS system, Verizon Connect Reveal, is a read only time recording GPS system. It cannot be manipulated. The FACTS here are my technicians vehicle was at your specific location, Shiva's Super Bazaar, 5 Nagog Park, Acton, MA 01720, PRECISLEY from 10:28 AM through 11:56 AM on November 30, 2022. The EXACT amount of time on site was 1 hour, 27 minutes and 50 seconds. This being said you were only invoiced for 1 hour labor as well as a service/travel charge. You actually made out as you only paid for 1 hour of labor?? Also in the notes from my technician it stated the system was completely empty on refrigerant. We cannot and will not simply fill a system with out performing a leak test and repair as the refrigerant WILL leak out again if not repaired. Google reviews are for honest people to supply honest reviews about a business so others can read these reviews to make educated decisions on which company they choose to employ. Just as the extreme amount of terrible reviews your store has received on your Google reviews. Hope everyone reading this review see the pattern here...

Customer stated my tech only on site for 15 mins. 1B. GPS shows tech was on site for 1.5 hours Customer states he was billed 2 hours labor 2B. Invoice shows only 1 hour labor...

We bought a rice bag from a brand named "Telugu Foods", because the brand we usually buy was not available. It was full of worms, we went to the store to return the rice bag. We didn't even say anything, all they saw was the rice bag in our hand and they got defensive. They straight out started shouting, that "you didn't buy it here and the last time we had that brand was 4 months ago, blah blah blah", which was a LIE. And why did they get so defensive even before we said anything about the rice bag. Also, a few times in the past we noticed some items are DOUBLE BILLED. NOT ETHICAL at all. WORST CUSTOMER service in general.

EDIT_1 (Response to your comment): It was last month, not last week. We definitely bought it in mid December. We mentioned that we bought it in December. Check out other reviews on Yelp from some other customer dated on 01/24/2021(1 week before this incident), they mention the same problem - Rice bag has worms, you guys don't take responsibility. Yes, i definitely agree with other people who had their worst experience of being here. These guys do not have basic knowledge of customer service rather counting their money. Mainly the two guys who work in filling stock does’nt show any respect towards customers and the owner is very sarcastic with customers at the time of transactions. They should know that everyone in a foriegn land is responsible to safeguard their country’s respect and name. I better suggest everyone I know not to visit this store and rather ask then to look for different online Indian stores. One should know the value of customers when they are doing any kind...
