Service was pretty good. Guy doing the work is really good at what he does. Older folks who own it might need to spend less time up there though. Had Fox News playing on a huge TV in the lobby & the owners watching & commenting along. Ended up waiting outside in the cold while my vehicle was worked on to avoid politics talk. When I was growing up people kept their political views to themselves. I miss those days. Politics bores me & I just do not care...

Fantastic service. Had been going to a guy in McAlester for my smartstart service and after waiting over an hour to two hours past my appointment time and having things not be ordered I found Bates electronics. Everytime he's got me taken care in 15 minutes or less. Has jumped on getting me in same day for an appointment and overall a great individual. I recently had Bates check out some wiring for my breathalyzer, and went to open my hood later to find my hood latch completely gone. I spoke to the mechanic for 5 minutes before I left and he said nothing. I had no issue with t before I went there. Usually, calling and customer service is good, but now I can't even get into my engine area. Maybe next time, at least leave the cable and...
