I just went into the cricket store in ada oklahoma. There was one girl working, finishing up with a customer and 2 people ahead of me. I waited till she was done with the current customer and asked the guest wifi password bc I figured I was going to be there a minute. When I asked she responded by telling me there were 2 people ahead of me. I thought she didn't hear me bc she didn't really respond to my question. So I asked again, at this point she yelled at me that she was busy and was not going to stop what she was doing to give me the password. To which I responded I only wanted one word she already said 17 at least being rude. She told me to leave her store. I asked why. She said because I had an attitude and continued to tell me she was going to call the police. I asked why agian and she just yelled more and told me how she wasn't going to stop what she was doing to give me the password bc she was too busy. I might have set her over the top when I asked her why yelling at me was worth stopping for but not to answer my question. Anyway, I went down the road to another phone company to open new service. Read moreI like cricket service I really do. But their website, app, and customer service need some work. I went into the store in Ada and upgraded my phone. Everything went great. The woman that helped me was great. Paid 77$ to upgrade. Next day service suspended. Called and they said because I had got insurance on the phone apparently I was supposed to pay that separately. They cut my service cause of 11$ insurance that should've been included in the payment I made when I upgraded and I had to pay a 15$ reactivate fee. So they cut my service without warning cause they failed to charge me for the insurance and then charged me to turn it back on. What a scam. But the service is really good but they definition got...

My phone bit the dust today, and i went into upgrade and now it is almost 500$. Natalie was very nice and tried to see how she could work with me to my best benefit.
