Great Product!! Working with Andy and he is second to none. I saw him at the Pittsburgh Home and Garden Show and he gave me all the time in the world to talk about my projects that I wanted to do. I have to admit, “I was thinking there is no way this will work” but I had a pictures with me and we talked about a few different ways to handle each of my projects. I was facing 4 separate projects, my driveway in the front of the house, my sinking garage in the back of my house that is on a hillside, my bowing supporting wall in the middle of my garage for underneath storage, and my sinking back patio porch. I just did not know what to do, so Andy just started to break down each job and suggested options on getting it all corrected and really made me feel at ease and kept saying we got this, this is no problem we can handle. He explained the process in detail to me and I asked a lot of Questions and I never fault any pressure or being rushed. He wanted to make sure that he answered all of my questions. When he came out to my house to do an evaluation and to measure for a quote I was so impress with more detail and telling me how they will do the lifting and fixing the bowing wall. This was absolutely the best experience we have ever had with a contractor! Starting with initial contact from Maria and a fast appointment with John it was progressing nicely. John let us know he was on his way and when he arrived he took the time to talk and answer questions. He reviewed not only what he could do but what we wanted. Maria sent us a quote the next day, we approved and set up installation within ten days. Yesterday Ivan and Dustin arrived on time and introduced themselves, took the time to review the area and explain what was going to be done. They were friendly, efficient, clean, respectful and started the job very quickly. When one process was done they each moved quickly to the next step so it flowed very smoothly. Our driveway is 50+ long and 3 car wide plus a sidewalk around the house so it was a big job to us. Everything was done from filling the cracks to caulking and clean up. We are so pleased with the entire process and can’t believe the difference between before and after plus we aren’t tripping on our driveway and sidewalk. The main reason was for removing snow in the winter without the snowblower or shovel getting hung up on raised corners of the driveway. If you’re looking to have concrete leveled look no further. It started with Christian coming out to my house to look at a concrete slab that I needed raised about four inches on one side. The slab is used to store my a/c unit, pool heater, pool filter and pool pump. He showed up on time and was very personable. He told me exactly what to expect and what needed to be done before they could lift the slab. Christian advised me that he might not be able to get it exactly level but they’ll do the best they can. He explained the reason why he might not be able to get it exactly level was due to the slab only being three inches thick. Within two days I had a quote from Christian. The quote seemed very reasonable for what needed to be done. I did end up getting one other quote that was almost double the price. The installers called when they were on their way and were very nice. After they were done I checked the slab to see how close to level they got it. They were dead on level.
