Really pleased with my experience. I chose to bring my items to their location. Staff met me outside, took my box for me (I had things like old cell phones, a router, CDs, and cables), weighed it, and shared the cost with me. I paid, and that was that! Simple and efficient.

There's a perception that it's too expensive to recycle electronics, but their prices are more than fair. Plus, you get to feel better about doing what you can to limit landfill waste. These gentlemen were fantastic! They kept in constant communication from the time I scheduled, including the arrival time. They were very easy to work with, answering promptly any questions I had. I had an old floor model television to remove (over 100 lbs) and they made quick work of it!! Very professional and very amiable.
