SHOP AROUND!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS ALL OTHERS ARE BOOKED!! With so much competition for bounce houses, choose a company with only glowing reviews and are void of REASONABLE complaints such as this: Our neighborhood association contracted Bounce Houses R Us to rent an inflatable bounce house for our neighborhood block party. The morning of the party I was contacted by Jim Casey at 8:00 am who stated that the weather was poor now, but will clear up later in the day and should be fine. The bounce house delivered and it proceeded to pour all day long and we cancelled the block party and opted to use a rain date the following week.

After contacting Jim Casey about the situation, Jim was very understanding and offered for us to use the rental the following Saturday contingent upon availability of a comparable inflatable and said he would contact early in the week to confirm. By Wednesday of the following week, no confirmation was sent and I contacted Jim who finally returned my call Thursday leaving a message explaining that no rentals were available and that we were stuck paying for the inflatable.

I have since tried to contact Jim Casey numerous times to see if the association might receive a PARTIAL refund for the inflatable in order to free up funds for another bounce house. Jim Casey never bothered to return the call. Eventually, the association decided to cancel the party and move it to a date where Bounce Houses R Us would have the inflatable available, but once again, Jim Casey never returned a phone call.

It is unfortunate that Jim lacks the business savvy to try to be reasonable in this situation. It is clear he never intended to try to accommodate our needs in any manner and never intended to offer a bounce house on a new date as he said he would be happy to do. He took our money and ran.

If you rent from this company, you better hope they make good on their word and return phone calls if you have any questions or concerns. Also, if you rent from them, DON'T EVER PAY IN FULL...

Just had my daughters birthday party this last Sunday and rented a bounce house, tables and chairs from them. Very reasonable prices and great selection of options for bounce house and other needs for an outdoor party. The young guys that delivered and set up were on time, very nice young men. One of the tables that they dropped off was broken, I contacted the office and they immediately apologized and dropped another table off before the party started. They were also on time for pickup. I couldn’t be happier with this company and would definitely use them again and recommend them for anyone who is looking to rent a bounce house, tables chairs and they even offer a dunk tank and snow cone maker amongst other services. Bounce Houses R Us went above and beyond to make my Daughter's First Birthday one to remember. When I called to get everything set up it was a very smooth process. They took care of everything with next to no effort on my part. When they arrived the day of the party they set everything up exactly where we needed it. I was most impressed with their attention to detail. When setting up the bounce house they blew it up, cleaned and vacuumed the already perfectly clean bounce house and made sure we were comfortable operating it during the party. The tables and chairs we got were exceptionally clean and we had plenty of room for all of those attending the party.
