I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Everything was going good at first until I went to pick up the stone. When I went there the stone wasn't cut all the way there was a water stain on the stone and the worker/manager Asad Khan who sold me the piece said to leave it there for another 2 days or refunded $50 witch I payed $150 and told me to use a product they use. So now I have to drive somewhere else to get a product to remove the stain. Once I bought the product and used it how he said stain never came out so I called other stone places and sent them pictures and they said the stain is to deep. So I asked Asad if I can get a refund and return the piece because the stain is to deep he said sorry I can't do that I can sell u another piece for $75. So I told him ok make me another piece so yesterday I called Asad and said I need to pick up piece and he said I will be at shop to make sure its ready and ok. I went to pick up piece and it was the wrong thickness and the piece was scratched so basically he lied and made me drive a hour away for nothing he refunded me all my money but keep in mind I am a contractor and he screwed me over so my client wasn't...

My wife and I shopped from small granite dealers to big granite dealers to look for a slab of granite for our coffee table. Chicago Stone Gallery was our last stop after shopping at fifteen dealers in Addison. Once you we got to Chicago Stone Gallery, we were welcomed by every employee coming out to ask us want we needed. Everyone of those employee asked us for our measurements of the slab and showed us every slab that was hidden behind the big slabs. The employees told us to call Asad when we picked out our granite. Let me tell you, that Asad is amazing. He didn't put pressure on us nor sweet talk us. Told us granite slab would be done in 4 days and would sealing for us for 5 years sealer. If you ever had that feeling that you want to do business with a place that your not sure. This was the place we wanted to do business with from the moment we stepped in Chicago Drone Gallery. Service started well until they told me that our counter top was done. I drove 40 minutes to pick it up. The guy I was supposed to meet wasn't even there and turns out they didn't even touch our piece of granite they were supposed to cut. Then a few weeks later they delivered the counter top and the wrong holes were cut for the faucet. The guy said he would send out a crew to cut the right ones. A few weeks later the same guy comes by to cut the holes. I could tell he wasn't experienced with it. His drill scratched across the counter top in 2 different spots. He then said he will send a crew to buff it out. I called a few times and messaged him. Ever sense he screwed up, he has been defensive and months later he has not fixed the gouges in the top.
