My experience... Not really professional ... Had appointment for 6 pm and I got there 5 pm just to give them an hour in advance... Was told to stay in yard we will call you shortly ...3 hours passed by. I went in they said we r working on your load packing won't be long ... 3 more hours passed by they said we just two more pallets. Really hate when they play games so I asked politely to get a door and go to bed ..11 pm...

My distpach called me and he was surprised I just got a door .. so I went again at 12 am to find out ... Now they said they just put the load in cooler to cool it down before loading .......oh and if I want to get responsibility for the warm load as itz ...they will load me ...wow.hahaha Very funny... I was a pro to be one hour ahead of my pickup time there ...now I had to take responsibility for there mess...

finally at 2:30 am they started loading me and by 3:45 am I start rolling out ..with just BOL no Customs coz they already left for home and forgot to print them .. Hope they will read this post and start being professional with appointment timing and stop playing games ... Drivers use elogs and no one want to camp in there yard .

Personally I won't want to pick...

Had to drive 3 hours to get here, got here at 1 pm on Saturday, the word for pickup was asap, load was not ready, 2.30 pm still waiting, will be out of hours soon on my eld. Update, 6 pm and nothing, out of hours, No justice for a truck driver,don't get fooled to pickup here, you will wait and wait, and you will run out of good...

NO RESPECT FOR TRUCK DRIVERS. THEY TAKE HOURS TO LOAD THEY ARE EXTREME RUDE. I feel very sorry for who ever has to come here. I’ve been here since 2 and it’s NOW 9:12PM for only 4 pallets. And there is a few drivers here that got here...
