The employees at 1st Choice Home Medical are wonderful! John and Jennifer are ALWAYS so helpful and great to work with! My wife is on very high-flow oxygen and we have to stop in Adel to re-fill on our way to visit our daughter in Florida (often 2 times a year), and we look forward to coming to 1st Choice. In Sept 2021, we stopped to get oxygen and John asked if he could service my wife's concentrator -- he did not have to do that, we had not asked for him to do that, but he was concerned enough to want to check it out to be sure we did not have trouble on our way.
