I will not do anymore business with Audio Image anymore, I had my vehicle tinted and the window film has failed me twice, the film goes blurry, when I went back to get the film replaced for the 2nd time, I was told they do not use that brand of film anymore so the owner refused to replace with new film even though he is the one that installed it and I paid him for the job that has a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I thought about purchasing a car audio system from there, but when he said he was not going to replace the tint I decided I would go elsewhere with my business, If it was my business I would have taken care of the customer , I recommend people and businesses that take care of business, I cannot recommend Audio Image.
