We lived there for over 2 years. It wasn't bad to live there in the beginning, before they made it so big and then it just wasn't OK anymore. The bug guy used to come every month for about the first year, then you were lucky to get him every 3-4 months. You know that means roaches in south Georgia. Gross! And don't expect to get anything fixed. We had a broken ice maker and light above the stove for almost a year. Complained about it twice before someone actually came, and then they never came back to fix it! I’ve had a great experience living at Stone Ridge for the past 2 years. The community is quiet and feels very safe. One of the biggest highlights has been the property manager, Ms. Susan. She is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents here at Stone Ridge.
