I was stranded on highway 401 at mile marker 42 this New Years Day after my tire literally disintegrated at 2:00 AM. After spending the night in my car due to lack of other available options at that time, I reached out to Adel Tire Co. bright and early the next morning to check on whether or not they had the tire size I needed. They were polite and expedient, assuring me that while they did not have the tire size in stock they could order it and I could expect it to arrive at 12:30-1:00 pm the same day. I stopped in ahead of time to pay for two new tires (I was scared the other one would blow up too) to the tune of only $140 and was told my car would be ready to go at exactly 1:30 pm, which I doubted. After spending several hours at the local McDonalds, I started the 20min walk back to Adel Tire at around 1:15 and was handed the keys to my car immediately upon arrival at 1:35. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Been here 3 times, and every single time, we've gotten a bad tire. This last time was the worst. Got a tire for $45, left for 30 minutes, and had to turn around and come back because the tire was going flat. By the time we drove the 5 minutes to get back to the shop, it was 75% flat. When we went into to ask for a replacement, they said everyone was on lunch. Everyone? At the same time? Guy finally comes to help, and not only is there no apology, but he's smoking while he changes my tire... while I'm holding my 8 month old baby. We'll never be...
