Terrible infrastructure! I wish there was a 0 star option! The new and aledged improved on line payment system is impossible to get through. I entered my account number and it says it's invalid. I tried using the automated system via the call in service and still unable to pay. It is asking for numbers before and after the dash! There is NO dash in the account number that is on the bill THEY sent me! This city needs to have a complete restructuring of their management system. Being closed every Friday is ludicrous and there are way to many employees sitting around not helping customers. Maybe spread out the employees over more days. The residents of this community definitely pay for this service. The exorbitant amount they charge to have water makes me even more determined to be a former resident of this poorly...

In all honesty, every time I look for the number of our Water Department, I feel so bad looking at the rating. My husband works with the public too, and sometimes it can really get to him to always hear negative responses.He says that’s when a lot of people take the time to rate you. I decided I will give my 5 cents because I know I’ve always been treated and helped decently. We’ve been in Adelanto from 2004. I’m thankful for you all, and yes, there is always room for improvement but in my experience every time I’ve had an issue, I’ve been treated professionally. this is the worst city ever not only do they charge you about $500.00 deposite if not more double of what sce charges and they only split it in 2 payments there customer services is the worst these girls should be fired there rude and the rules are stupid your lease or deed to start and you have to provide id to make your payment and if the person is not on the account they will not accept the payment mind you that adelanto is not on the registered on the map as a city it actually comes up as el mirage and there water supply comes out like mud half the time you have to let it run i wonder how they can charge so much for such a bad (and bad is not even the right...
