I just got back from a 13 hour road trip from Iowa to Texas. With kids 7, 4 and 2. I stopped by this place just to use the bathroom. My youngest cried the entire time we were there btw. And most places I just get ignored or dirty looks. Anyways while we were using the restroom a lady came out of the stall and said are yall on a long road trip and then she made my kids a bag of fun stuff to do while they were in the car. Every time go there people works there and do not help then you ask for food you have to tell them 3-4 times what want and they are rude especially the guy behind the counter sorry place to go in last few months with new help . Overall, I like the Woodshed chain, and Buffalo Ranch in particular. I really like the people here. Sadly, their prices tend to be on the more expensive side and the food in their hot case is frequently on the dry side. The Subway located inside the store is not always very prompt nor accurate on orders, having been mischarged there more than once. I still like going in here overall, but feel that there is room for improvement. Their best feature is the staff, who are typically friendly and even jovial.
