My husband and I drove from Newport news VA to Ahoskie NC an 1hour 30 min drive to purchase a $1900 living room set 24 March 17.We requested an extra set of lumbar pillows for the recliners, they couldn't tell us the price because they claimed they had to contact the manufacture so we left our contact information. A week later 31 March 17 the furniture that we ordered came in and my husband went to pick it up and they still did not have the pillows but had the price of the pillows so my husband prepaid $50 for the pillows and the shipping so that they could be mailed to us so he would not have to make the drive just for two small pillows. It is now 27 April 17 and we still do not have the pillows so my husband contacted the store and they stated they have arrived and it will take 7/10 business days for delivery, it's been two weeks and still no pillows. I decided to contacted corporate and voice that I was displeased with the customer service at the store. Corporate assured me that they will handle the situation. I take that corporate than contacted the store to expedite the shipping of the pillows, the store than contacted me stating the pillows would be mailed out today and that it would take 7/10 business day the same ol same ol we got everytime we contacted them about their arrival....Why 7/10 business days and not overnighted when we have already waited a month to receive them and we're only 81.5 miles away !!!!???? Sad to say but this will be my last time purchasing from this FHF store maybe the other stores are different maybe not but corporate wasn't any help we are still waiting on our purchased...

Beautiful Individuals with beautiful hearts. This company has not forgotten their core value and that is customers/consumers first. As a customer based company it is the customer we rely on to stay in business. I didn't have any credit, which means no debt and no credit cards. In this country (USA), that is a bad thing. I picked a bedroom set out and I was helped professionally and proficiently by Gail.
She stated we will need your income and your identification. I took everything to her and within a few hours, I received a call back and I was approved. I can't even put it in words just how elated I was. Went there to fill out more paperwork and make sure I was going to be comfortable with my purchase.
I put over a $1000.00 down to show I have every intention to pay for the bedroom set in full.
Thank You So Very Much For Taking A Chance With Me. This will also help me to establish credit. But I have no intentions of ever being in debt.
