I had nothing but issues with my purchase dryer/washer. They came here a few times to get my dryer going because stop working on the first week of used,now the washer is down under 6 months.
Im gonna go buy a new set so I don't have to EVER call or deal with these people again. To the owner you need to learn how to listen to your customers first, analyze the situation get your paperwork together before you start making assumptions if a customer calls your phone is to either inquire about a product or service don't be straight up rude when you answering the phone , return calls promptly don't wait for the customer to call back be committed to having an action plan to resolve the situation it's your business and your obligation to listen more to the customer LISTEN šthat's like the first rule of customer service.
The only reason I purchased this set from them is to help our local business I have always purchase all my electronics from Best Buy and NEVER had any issues and easy transaction.
That's my honest opinion and review about this business I will NEVER do business again in this life with them and I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT recommend this business to anyone else.

The minute I put clothes in the washer it threw a code. And all they offered was a longer warranty. Whatās the purpose of a warranty when you guys wonāt even come out to fix it or swap it out. They told me I had to have my own transportation to swap them out but I do not have access to a truck and it wasnāt my fault in the first place so they should have came to swap it out themselves or sent their ā service techā out to fix the problem. Itās been over a month and Iām still stuck with a broken washer. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE !!! You will just be throwing money away. Almost $600 dollars down the drain for meā¦...

Todd said they couldn't use the cord or hoses I already had. That's exactly what they did. Used all my own hoses etc plus I gave them the old washer and dryer set to fix and resale. I am very disappointed because I saw the poor reviews but gave them the benefit of the doubt. New/Used washer worked 2 weeks and stopped. Had a 120 day warranty but it has been 4 weeks and have had a young man come by once and didn't fix it. I called and texted again both to sales and to service can't get anyone to call or text back so still no washer. Excuse after Excuse or idle words. ie runaround or just straight up ignoring my plea.
