I recently purchased some sweat shirts for my family with the Alabama State logo. The website states “custom embroidered seal”. It all looked and sounded great. However, when I received my shirts it was very upsetting because the products were very cheap. I reached out to the owner Jessica and stated my concerns. She replied “I have never had anyone to tell me that. Unfortunately, we don’t give refunds because it was custom made.” I replied, ok. Nothing custom made about a Gildane Sweat Shirt with an iron on patch. Now, I wasn’t asking for a refund, I would have gladly spent the $350 plus dollars on a different product. This experience doesn’t keep me from buying online products. It just keeps me from buying products from “Bedazzlememore.” I am ashame to wear it. ...

Close and convenient!! My cousin wanted a shirt for Homecoming and I went in and got exactly what she wanted. They had to order the shirt in the color and style she wanted and they did it with a reasonable turnaround time. The shirt is gorgeous!!! My cousin loved it and so do I. Outstanding boutique! The people there are very helpful and if what you are looking for isn’t in the store they can order it for you or make it. The owner will go out of her way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I am retired military and wanted some shirts that reflected my military experience and she hooked me up.
