Little fun gravel trail once you get down the path a little bit, trees are beautiful, nature is so peaceful, a playground for the kids, trail is about a mile long (estimated) and lots to do here. Scenery: Waterful creek along the sides of the park (video shown) and I love these, especially when you can swim in them, they are clean water unlike the ocean, which is very dirty and salty. Despite still being almost the end of summer, the trees still bloom and shine with their bright green leaves on the other side. 🌲🌳🌴 Sports/Recreation/More: In case you were wondering, yes. There is a restroom for everybody to use. Little field for sports like soccer, football, track, cross-country, etc. When discussing popularity of the park, many people are to be seen, these photos and videos were taken around peak day times around 12PM - 1PM. Have fun when exploring! 😇

This is ok for a city park but the nature trail is not very well maintained. There are “sensory stations” down the trail that are moldy, missing parts and have been vandalized. The water in the creek is rancid-looking. The bathroom facility was clean, and there are picnic tables and an old playground. Being from Birmingham, I am used to the trails designed by the Freshwater Land Trust, so I’m spoiled. I wish cities would hire the people who can do a good job maintaining these places and not go for the cheapest option. This place has potential but without someone to advocate, it will stay sub-par. Someone also needs to test that water. It looks icky.

Buck Creek Park is a very nice, quiet and clean park. Beautiful nature with different birds flying around, animals oh and yes snakes 🐍 near the creek so be careful. It's a pretty big park with different trails where you can walk or ride on the bicycle🚲. It also has picnic tables with benches so you can have a nice picnic and enjoy nature🏞. Just don't forget to clean after yourself 😉

My family loves going here! Location is important (it’s close,) but there’s also A - A large but easy trail system that has cool art pieces and activities (although the activities are mostly broken now. I wish a scout team would make it a project to fix them up or parks and rec would!) It’s easy enough for a toddler to walk. B - Then the main park area has a tiny playground, with swings and a play area with a slide. C - They have a free little library and I LOVE those!! D - They have bathrooms that aren’t completely disgusting (although they are extremely hot during the summer.) E - We haven’t had a chance to use these facilities yet but there are, i believe, 3 maybe 4 fields for team...

This is a very nice park. It wraps partially around a ball park and has a paved track. The grounds are well kept. It has a small play set for kids, but that's pretty minimal, and it's pretty much in the middle for age appropriateness. Toddlers and bigger kids will not get much use from it, though it does have several swings. It has several picnic tables that are spaced out nicely. There are nice gazebos as well. There are areas that are shaded by large trees and others that are very open. A small creek runs along one side, but it's not very accessible as it's got a steep bank. It has bathroom facilities on site, and they are functional and even had soap in...
