Let me start by saying the lady who originally took my order was amazing. Super friendly and working hard to please everyone. Now... she asked the girl working along side her for help and the girl was extremely rude to her. She asked me to hold so she could do it herself for the guest before me. Absolutely no issue. While they are preparing my food the girl working along side her is belittling this poor lady in every way possible. The “store manager” was in the building watching her yell at this lady in front of everyone. My food that the girl bagged was incorrect. The very nice lady came back to fix the issues and the girl proceeded to yell at her. Absolutely unnecessary! All I wanted was my correct food to be able to take home. The lady had to go and make my burger correctly herself. I spoke to the manager about the horrible atmosphere and attitude and how it’s frustrating when I am just there to get the food I ordered and it can’t be done correctly. He of course could care less. BIG MISTAKE! Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissanwich with hash rounds. The hash rounds appeared to have been cooked the day before, as the grease was congealed and the potatoes were cold and hard. The breakfast sandwich was microwaved far too long, as only 1 bite in the middle was edible (anything beyond that could have required extensive dental work). Was told by 2 workers I had to come in to use T-Mobile Tuesday offer because the manager was in the back & he had to log in. After standing inside, I inquired about his whereabouts. He was actually in front of me at the register the entire time taking orders ignoring me, even though he heard them telling me this at the window.
