NOW WE HAVE A BODY SHOP INSIDE THE TRAILER PARK NOT ONLY THAT THIS GUY HAS NO RESPECT FOR ANY ONE AND PARKS HIS CAR IN THE STREET CONVERTING IT IN A ONE WAY, HE HAS AN RV INFRONT ALSO RENTING IT THIS GUY IS THE WORST NEIGHBOR YOU CAN HAVE NO RESPECT WHAT SO EVER MORE PICTURES COMING SOON!!!!!!!!! very Guetto i don't even understand how 4 wheelers atv dirt bikes are permitted in the place they run behind homes and streets you can also see large crowds of people what seem to be smoking weed and drinking lot rent is way high over 560 and lots of rules,the place is out dated the reason am making this review is because i almost crashed into a atv going in to see a home we wanted wich was a total...

This place is terrible, the lot rent it’s outrageous, the office is never opened although there is people there and never answer the phone also they look at you true there ring doorbell but don’t answer, the pool is never opened and their excused for their outrageous lot rent is because supposedly they maintain the land when they clearly don’t ( it took years for them to fix the huge holes on the road) they had an RV storage parking it was free but now it’s $75, they have dangerous snakes everywhere and they know it but don’t care and to finish the are responsible for cutting and maintenance of the trees but they don’t but they dare keep raising the lot rent every year....

I have been leaving at Colonial Village for my own convenience. But, the truth is that the Administration Staff don’t do anything other than sitting inside the office. They never answer the phone nor they return the phone calls unless is about money. There’s no security. The cameras are used for their interest not to assist the tenants. The contract is not follow through and is applied to whom...
