4/09/18 between 8.am and 9.am Unbelievable from staff to management, I understood why the cashier was so rude and uneducated, jelling/ screaming to a client son to leave his backpack out of the store if is was my son I will call the police on this associate and file a report. From the manager to assistant (Eric Norris- Dinie) How unprofessional Mr. Norris for you not to resolve a true client issue/complain and unsatisfactory service with a lack of judgment and respect from your store after I request for you to honor the price of items not in sale but markdown as 70% off. Through your associate you agree and then you change your mine after was my time to pay what a game. We the people come to your store to purchase not be abused or treated without any respect or even ethic. I would suggest for you to get a continue education course to how resolve and proceed with a client issue/complain and unsatisfactory service and not to hide behind the walls sending your associate (dinie) back and forward. I stopped by today because my mother went to the Dr and was recommended over the counter Pink Eye Eyedrops. I go in and the Pharmacist told the tech that no such thing exists and only is in the form of antibiotics. Though, I was then directed to aisle 15 if I wished to check it out myself. Immediately, I see two different brands, one was in a severely damaged box, the other read Pink Eye ointment PM. I take the PM container to the counter for consult and asked the pharmacist what makes this different from the normal Pink Eye Eyedrops. Not only did she not apologize for giving me false information, but stated "I don't know, I don't have it memorized". So, I walk back, grab the damaged box, bring it back and asked her what the difference was. I get the information I needed and went back to put the two boxes away and then did I realize there was a Walgreens brand Pink Eye Eyedrop! Not only did she not apologize for her rudness, the Pharmacist apparently doesn't even know what is on her own shelves at the place of her own work. I used to enjoy shopping here but I won’t continue to contribute to any Walgreens. They have some (honestly extremely dumb) policy where they have to ID everyone regardless of age. A women and I believe her daughter were in front of me trying to buy cigarettes. The woman trying to buy them is clearly over 70 and her daughter is definitely over 40. They held up a long line just to constantly tell the elderly woman they desperately needed her ID. The elderly woman stated she was at Walmart the day prior and didn’t need it and she’s not driving so she didn’t have it. Her daughter was clearly upset (understandably) and had to go back out to her car so she could buy them. My boyfriend said the last time he was there, a woman clearly over 60 had the same issue. My boyfriend (age 26) offered to buy them for her since he had his ID but the cashier said no she couldn’t complete the sale. Just sad. I don’t want to chance waiting in a long line because we want to ID elderly people who can clearly buy alcohol...
