I had one of the most awful experiences and have never been spoken to so horribly. I called ahead of time to see how late they were open for a shower and the guy sounded grumpy and said 930pm. Which I figure made sense since one would need to be out by 10pm. I needed to give my kiddo a quick shower so it wouldn't be long. I rushed in as quickly as I could arrive and walked in at 9:24pm. The guy was far more rude in person than he sounded on the phone. He told me there were already people in the shower and that I couldn't wash my kiddo. I told him I was the one who called and he immediately got upset and said it didn't matter that I called and that there were people in there already. I asked him why he felt he needed to be so rude, and he proceeded to argue with me that he was not being rude. I'm not sure what he thinks polite customer service is. I was hoping that maybe if the folks were out of the shower soon, then there'd be time to wash my kid. He wouldn't even let me get words out and I was so shaken by his rude, and quite frankly frightening attitude, that I could barely speak properly and was trying to keep my composure in front of my little person. Safe to say, I will never ever go there again based on this experience. At the very end, he rudely told me I could go up the road but didn't say where up the road if I wanted to get a shower. I told him that would have been a kind thing to suggest first versus what he did to say. He then told me the customer isn't always right, and I told him I never said I was right, simply that I didn't understand why he needed to be so rude about it. Me & my mom went in & the guy working the shift tried charging us 10$ my mom brought her own towel & I didn't need one either. So it should of been at most 8$. I think it's ridiculous to charge 2 extra $ for a towel. He also never gave us floor towels & face towels instead he offered napkins. I feel like that was poor customer service & I wasn't satisfied with the way we were treated. Also the second bathroom, the one farthest from the desk, it has an issue with the light, it'll shut off then turn back on I didn't appreciate showering in an almost completely dark room I felt uncomfortable. I do love how clean they keep there showers & the overall area. Also the prices & quilty of the washer & dryer are the best in town I'm super happy about it . Overall your business is wonderful & I'll still recommend it to others. I just hope next time is a better visit. Thank you...
