Albright's Mill — Local services in Albany Township

I make my own homemade chicken feed and it can be difficult finding all the products and them being of quality. I can say hands down Albrights wheat,oats,barley,milo,millet,and wild bird food was the best I've found. I have gone to another mill close in the area and the grains are poorly packaged ,very dried out ,full of debris and sometimes theres more empty hulls than the grains. Not Albrights..their wheat smelled so good when I opened the very well packaged and sealed bags . It had a fresh and nutty smell ..the way it's supposed to smell. I love that the bags are fully sealed plastic so there's no bugs that can get in... and the grains inside stay fresh. The oats and barley where the same way super fresh and great quality. The grains themselves are nice fatty well sized grains. Not like I've gotten from other places where it's a dried out flat hull with nearly nothing inside of it. My chickens have been very happy as well with the new stuff compared to the other brand I was buying. Im also happy to hear they are gonna be adding more of the things ive been needing to source to their inventory. Their prices also are cheaper than other places I've gone....

From a trucker's perspective these folks are absolutely stellar in every way. The ladies in the office are sweet & professional. The gents that pack n load the goods are on point & the fastest I have ever experienced. Haven't had a load yet that tool these gents more than 30 mins to get me sorted out & on my way. The mill layout is a bit tricky but completely feasible to manage with a 53' & sleeper. I enjoy every visit from the good ol American Farmers to the scenery on the ride out.
