The owner was very responsive and helpful. I felt like they thought of everything. The place is very well maintained and taken care of. Great space inside and outside. Like others have said, you almost don’t even have to decorate. If you do want to decorate, the arches they supply at no additional cost are great (add your own balloons)! Also, they supplied tables and chairs for 50 people and can supply more for an additional cost, if needed. Plenty of picnic tables outside if you want to take your event outside. They even have a vending machine in the kitchen if you or your guests need a sweet treat, headache medicine, forgot forks or spoons, etc. They also have an ice machine in the parking lot which was very affordable and beneficial. I had my 50th birthday party at this lovely event and I was absolutely satisfied. First let me say, April is VERY pleasant to work with and professional. Any questions I had were usually responded to within minutes or hours but always the same day. The venue was nicely decorated and clean. I really didn’t have to add much. There are 2 different types of lighting: bright daylight and low ambient lighting by way of chandeliers 😍! We got the venue from 7 am - midnight giving us more than enough time to decorate, party and be out. And a little known gem: the location is outside of Albanys music ordinance. 😉.
