In store, the experience was great. Friendly and helpful. However, we set the delivery date for one week later. No problem there. They forgot put us down in the delivery notebook, I was told when I called late the day it was supposed pt be here. We called and they said they'd waive the delivery fee, if I came and got it. I don't have a way of hauling, or I already would have. They rescheduled for 2 days later and arrived that day. Read moreWe had multiple issues with them. They delivered us the wrong couch. When we got the right one it wasn’t put together right so when we used the electric recliners the wires underneath got clamped and cut. They had techs come out and fix the couch but it took 2 visits and 2 months. I don’t think I’ll be buying any electric furniture from here again. My mom ordered a bed set and they delivered her the wrong item as well. Not sure if they make a habit of that or what. Definitely be on your A game when you go in here because they are pretty much asleep...
