Marvin's is a great small hardware store that have slightly higher prices for some of there products/ tools or equipment when compared to Lowe's or Home Depot and I have no complaints about that nor do I have any complaints about the merchandise, tools, ect. The one area they seem to lack in is there customer service. I was looking for electrical wire, 10-3 to be exact. I needed 100 ft. and I noticed that there was the type of wire I needed sitting on floor. It just need to be picked up with host and a bar put through middle so it could be rolled out to the amount of footage I needed. Well a manager happen to come over to the electrical station where wire was located and this person did not even ask us if we needed any help or anything! I thought it was very unprofessional and lazy or rude. That's why I gave 3 stars and that's why they lost a $300 sell. Something so simple as asking us if we could use some help is gonna end up causing that store to go under and out...
