If you're going to throw a huge event with so many teams and gouge people for ticket prices, then you need to provide adequate space for teams to get ready. Our team was targeting all day by the security team which told us "the client putting this event on wants you moved" well we moved to where he told us to go, then 10 mins later was kicked out of that spot. So we moved again, then again. Once literally from the benches in the hallway... Aren't that what benches are for? To sit on? My daughter had to get dressed in the hallway because the client overloaded the event. At minimum we should be refunded the $80 for the 2 day event at Huntington Convention Center.

UPDATE: Shocker, no response from these people, or any offer of a refund for the ignorance of their staff. Looks like they only respond to 5 star reviews, which they for sure will never...

We were charged $20 a person, and they would only accept cash. Who charges that much without offering the option of using a credit card? The man taking payment suggested we walk to a bank machine "just up the road" on a 20 degree day. Fortunately, we did have cash. Also, there are children working the t-shirt table. They appeared to be around 8 and maybe 12 years old. There was no adult at the table while we were at the event. Last, there is too much time in between teams. I judge comps; five minutes intervals is acceptable; 10 minute intervals is excessive....

One of my favorite comp companies! The events are always well planned and run on time. The refreshments available in the coaches lounge are top tier! The owner(s) are so personable, friendly and helpful. It’s so nice to see them interacting with everyone and truly being in the thick of things. I wish we could attend more of their...
