8/12/20 Update on my initial post. This summer brought a conclusion to my family's case after 12 years with the team at Harvey & Foote remaining committed and responsive throughout, their dedication unwavering, a truly extraordinary effort on their part. Dusti, Jennifer, and the entire staff were consistently competent and accessible, receptive to my questions and input, with reliable follow through every step of the way without exception. It would be difficult for me to overstate my confidence in them or the strength of my recommendation to those who might be considering their services. I am sincerely grateful to them for all they did for me and my family--and it was plenty--and consider it a great fortune to have been referred to them many years ago when I was looking for representation. I was recently part of a mediation for a friend, who was being represented by the Harvey, Foote & Baker Law Firm. It was a long day. It was a hard day. But I was so glad my friend was in the hands of Dusti Harvey and Jennifer Foote. So smart and so diligent in making sure my friend was going to get what she needed and deserved. There was also an abundance of kindness and empathy in that room, which made a deep impression with me. The room we were in was comfortable and warm. All the other staff we met were so very nice. It all made for a better day.

No one wants to need to file a suit over nursing home abuse or for wrongful death or for personal injury, it’s all to painful to deal with. The Harvey and Foote law firm settled a wrongful death case for our family involving a nursing home. The process was for me was hard to deal with due to the loss of our loved one. Dusty and her staff eased this by good communication, updates, several scheduled milestones were we had a chance to ask questions and were given the process and what the next phase would bring.
