Never Again! 8-4-18 I will never stay at this location again. Quality Inn on Alameda and 1- 25. First Choice 👎 We make our reservation online 2 days before arrival at this Hotel. When you travel by car for 6 hours 30 minutes. You want to lay in the bed and relax after the long drive? And come to find out your room is not ready? What a nightmare? They try to offer us another room that room was NOT clean? I should of known when my husband was making the reservation this Hotel rate was a 2.0 Hotel! And we had to wait an hour for then to clean the room. Could you imagine how frustrating and tried we was traveling a long distance. It was a "VERY UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE"! The owner was "VERY RULE" Talking about this was my off day and my family is waiting in the lobby. Well this is your business RIGHT? Then you should have your family help the housekeeping clean up rooms. Instead having TWO housekeeping on staff! That housekeeping had to clean up several more rooms. Not only I am writing a review on your website. I also reported to First Choice because as a customer I wanted good services I am paying my money to you. If you're Hotel doesn't have my room ready. YES I have the right to complaints. Next time if you have a "Hotel" under renovation PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE! to inform CUSTOMERS of such BOOKED this room. Especially when we checked in the front desk should of told us about the room wasn't clean! The Hotel OUTDATED & DIRTY IN THE HALLWAY? FEELING OVERALL! NOT A GOOD SLEEPING ENVIRONMENT! I took pictures in the room and outside the room in the hallway that needs to be clean, fixed, remodeled. What I noticed in our room is the Outlets on the walls was bad connection with ALL your plugs. We would have to push it real hard for to get electronic to charge up. But it wasn't charging our devices faster enough. My husband did report it to the front desk. The walls had some wall patching repair didn't look professional. The front door had specks of paint everywhere. Found out the front door you would had to SLAMMED the door to make sure it was close. Used my husband would be the last one close the door. This time I was the last one close in the door. And I make sure I close the door and when we got back that night. My husband said WOW the door was open? Now I read a lot of people writing reviews how staff walking in their rooms no security at the Hotel. Read people cars got brokeing in. ect. There was an indoor pool but we didn't use it. They had Free breakfast we only eat first day try the eggs and sausages it was very cold, had to heat up in the microwave. The second days we didn't even bother eating there we order breakfast at Carl's Jr. Next door to the hotel. The room definitely need a good CLEANLINESS as well UPDATING FOR SURE! Bathroom appears to be poorly Remodeling: Like the Lightning up on the ceiling is loose and Filthy! I did take a picture of it. The owner should be aware of these things before you having customers stay in the room. Bathroom in terrible shape it may be clean if you think just wiped down to there standard. It's definitely NOT the cleanest. I would rate the bathroom a average. Hallways need cleaning like the carpets, the wall need painting. I noticed in hallway leaving our rooms it was 2 ourlets on the walls wires was sticking out it should been cover up. And that days when we was there it was a bunch of kids running around they could easy get electric get hurt. The bed wasn't very comfortable need new mattress had a big stained on the side. And the pillow wasn't comfortable as well. I wouldn't recommend for a long stay. Their TOWELS LOOKS DINGY! IF YOU HAVE TOWELS THAT SUPPOSED TO BE WHITE BUT LOOK DINGY! This is a place for you. Quit being cheap just buy some BRAND NEW TOWELS! WOW is ALL I can say. You know ALL HOTELS SHOULD HAVE A HANG SIGN ON YOUR DOOR! WHEN GUESTS WHAT TO SLEEP IN RIGHT! ((PLEASE DO NOT DISTURBED)) The housekeeping said they do not have none Really? Hope you REVIEWS take the time and read it, because I don't want you guys have the same bad experience me and my...
Read moreMy husband and I have been staying at this hotel on and off for 2 months give or take. I was a little skeptical about a hotel near the Highway/interstate, I thought it was going to be very noisy and I wasn’t going to be able to fall asleep. I was TOTALLY WRONG!!!!! I have to admit I slept like a baby, and it was really quite in our room and throughout the hotel itself. Marissa, the front office is extremely nice, helpful and she also allowed my husband and I to check in early every week, well when she was able to. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Cruz, the maintenance man was extremely helpful when our AC wasn’t pumping in cool air on our first stay at this hotel. He not only helped us with getting a new room but, he also put in a new AC unit into our favorite room 144. He made sure we were comfortable every time we saw him. Our room had a king size bed, and very comfy, the bathroom was very roomy. Our room also came with a small fridge, a microwave, and a small coffee maker to brew your own if you choose too. The housekeepers were really nice, helpful when it came to having your room vacuumed or asking for more needed items for your stay, especially asking for towels and having them handed to you clean and warm😊. The swimming pool was really cold but felt good during the hot summer days, the hot tub was really nice just to sit in and relax. The breakfast was a real surprise it’s not your usual cold cereal and coffee. They had everything from you making your own waffles, cold cereal, eggs, sausage, gravy, fresh apples, oranges and apple juice, yogurt, bagels with cream cheese, prepackaged pastries, regular toast, oatmeal and last but not least coffee and tea. Nowadays your lucky if you can get coffee and a muffin. Not here!!! So many options 😋!!!! I would recommend staying here and if we shall ever return to Albuquerque in the future I will make arrangements to stay here again. Throughout our stay here I haven’t had any issues what’s so ever!!!! I do have to admit this has been a really great trip. Thank you Quality Inn on Alameda for making our stay here feel like being at home!!!! Thank you Marissa, Cruz, all The Housekeepers and everyone else for making our stay a...
Read moreStayed for one night 10/1, Alexia helped me. She was wonderful and helpful. Walking into the hotel, it smells like cigarette smoke. I have pain in my ankle so I requested a room downstairs. Alexia then showed me both of the rooms which are pet friendly rooms. Both rooms smelled like dog and cigarettes. I then settle for an upstairs room on the second floor. The room stank horribly. Carpets dirty, the stomach from the room you can tell is from I cleaned carpets. There was a connecting door to the room next to me which I was apprehensive about. I was reassured that it locks in both sides. The bed cover had stains on it. Also to mention, I was only in town for one day and needed somewhere to rest and work until 4am so I didn’t plan on being in the room for more than 10hrs at most. The carpets are so dirty I wouldn’t advise walking on them without shoes. The room was a little creepy honestly. I opened the window because of the sell and there was a huge hole in the screen also the curtain had a cigarette burn on it. The desk was sticky and the desk chair was torn, you can tell many have used this room. I had to wipe everything down myself with Clorox wipes. Checked in 6:30p, worked until 10:30p, grabbed an extra sheet from Alexia to wrap my body in because I wouldn’t dare lay bare skin in that bed. I couldn’t really rest the energy of the room was crazy, every-time I would fall asleep I’d wake back up which is unusual for me. Around 12:30am the bed started shaking…I prayed, packed my belongings and left. I wouldn’t recommend this place not one bit. The only thing good here is the customer service. I paid about 99$ for the room but I guess it’s like you get what you pay for. I didn’t want to shed out over 100$ for a room because I was only going to be there for a few hours but next time I’ll just pay the higher prices elsewhere. Especially, if it guarantees me a peaceful nights rest in a clean, well kept room with no...
