Laundry Quarters — Local services in Albuquerque

This place is such a good spot to do your laundry. Only if you live in the area.. never did I have a problem with this place until recently.. tall skinny guy that appears to be on drugs. Denied my business. I was use to the last load at 830pm but got denied at 810. I've already taken a load into the building an was only grabbing another my mother was preparing. We knew we had to much so we were decided what to take in. So this worker on his PHONE said that it's closed already. Yet moments before I walked in with my load. He seen me and said nothing until I walked back out to help my mother separate what we were really going to wash... We were use to the 830pm last load but apparently it moved to 8pm... Great place to do laundry. I've been coming here every Sunday for the last year and a half. It's usually not busy early in the morning. There is room for improvement it could certainly benefit from a face lift. The staff is friendly with the exception of one employee. Her name is Veronica. She is extremely rude. And tried to kick us out because she thought we were "dry only customers" despite the fact she not only watched us walk in, but also watched us clean up a spill I accidentally caused. She claimed "I didn't see you on the cameras" I told her, "perhaps she should watch it again and pay better attention before she falsely accuses us of something again." We’ve been coming here for a while nd we had a altercation with a lady who works there we follow their rules nd respect them but we washed our cloths and went in before the time they lock the doors the attended locked the door early then the attendant ignored us nd argued when she opened the door to let us in saying we need to be in before 8 we where at the door at 7:50 nd showed her the time after she proceeded to tell us they lock the doors at 8 then she came up to us and said we close at 9 today nd we said ok at 8:36 with only 3 minutes left on our dryer she harassed us to check our cloths to see if they where dry when we refused to open it she sat there staring at us as if we did something wrong after 3 years of coming here we will take our business else where if that was me at my job...
