Dollar General — Local services in Albuquerque

Don't go in there they treat you like a thief.i went in to walk around and look at a few things while waiting on a friend .i didn't end up buying anything.so as i was heading out the door i hear she didn't come in with that bag did she?one.of the cashiers asking the other.im like excuse me.also the type of purse i have they dont even sell.i bought it at Walmart.shes like you need to leave and not come.back in the store.i didnt steal anything and would have no need to.i work a full and.part time job.she took down my license plate and idk what she plans to do with that info but its ridiculous and you shouldnt be treated as a thief just for going into a store or not...

I had a very disappointing experience with a manager named Tiffany. She was extremely unprofessional and gave me a hard time when I tried to make a simple return. The only issue was that my receipt was from a different Dollar General location — but all Dollar Generals sell the same items, so why should that even matter? Instead of helping, she questioned me by asking, “Is there a reason you’re not taking these back to where you got them?” Her attitude came off rude and unnecessary. As a manager, she should know how to treat customers with respect and make the process easier, not harder. Very poor customer service and...

Very poor quality of store n workers Joseph right bald guy in front thinks he owns place n very unprofessional don't work if u r going to b mad especially paying customers . I will never shop there again discussing behavior n poor quality building missing roof n can't even push a basket threw the lane and when ask them to check a price is like asking them for money very sad day at juantabo. I wish I could honestly say I was treated like a customer .....was embarrassed n bullied in front of kids n wife . I thought better front dollar general u get the thumbs down rating . Horrible service should b inspected...
