Elder's Pure Water — Local services in Aledo

We are very pleased with Elder's Pure Water. They were profession, knowledgeable and thorough. We tried getting other companies to explain what we needed, what we should get, and why we needed it. Elder's showed us via water testing what they felt we should do plus they listened to what our wants were to build us a system that we love. We had the pleasure of meeting 3 different employees and all were a pleasure to deal with. After install the system was explained to us, our questions were answered and they left the area cleaner than they found it. We are sooooo pleased that we selected Elder's and would reccomend them to anyone looking for a water filteration and or softener system. We first had Elders install a filtration system for our refrigerator in 2019. The customer service was excellent, particularly Joey. This year when it was time to install new filters, we had an RO system put in because we wanted pure drinking water. Joey was awesome! On time, reasonable cost, and CLEAN! Even though he had to drill through the granite and take off the doors to the cabinet, when he left, it was clean like brand new. That is attention to detail. I am a fanatic about pure drinking water. Our city water is bad and even with the best filters, we cannot get all of the calcium and particles out. Our unfiltered PPM readings were a little under 600. Bottled water is typically 25 in my experience and 0 is obviously pure. After our RO system was installed, our PPM readings are around 15, which is indiscernible in taste. It was hard to imagine ever having pure drinking water right from our faucet but we got it! Had a family friend recommend Elders for our whole house filtration needs. We live on a well, and have very hard water, and the smell is bad from the iron and sulfur etc. I sent in an online message to schedule a water test and get a quote. They responded promptly and were out the very next day.

The rep that came out to quote us was Joey, very nice guy and he was very knowledgeable about the system and answered all of my questions. He got us put on the schedule for the next Monday following as we wanted to go with the softener along with the breaker.

They came out, and had the system installed within 2 hours. They also help moved my pressure tank over to help make sure the system would all fit together on the mount so to save space.
