If I could give 0 I would, after receiving less than stellar customer service. We had shopped around for a few months, for a new mattress and actually stopped in on 3 different occasions to look at their selection, since we have purchased from them previously. Since we had no prior issues with our purchase and delivery plus they were local, we made our purchase. Delivery day arrives and I called during the morning of to inquire about a time frame. Now, I’m not sure if they screen their calls but I was not asked my name, only to be told, with not a care in the world, once they get loaded up they will call you. Ok, I guess I’ll accept that answer. After waiting around all day, finally at 5pm I call back and inquired if the delivery would happen at all. I was then put on a semi long hold, then was told, no that the delivery team was very busy and it would happen the next day (today). Now, being a manager myself, in retail, and over delivery, I asked if I was even going to be called to be informed of this. Then, the truth comes out that my ticket wasn’t even in the deliveries for the day, to begin with. I explained that I was off of work, and that both my husband and myself had to work (today). To which the response was can someone, over 18, be there for the delivery. It’s not that easy being new to the area. I asked if I would be compensated and was told no. Time is money, and my time was already wasted and now I have to arrange to waste someone else’s time. Each time we stopped in to shop, they were very eager to get the sale, but I guess it stopped once they did. I know things happen, however, if the 1st person (that answered the phone that morning), would have taken the time to ask my name and actually looked into the timeframe, I would’ve been ok with another delivery date. But, instead it was as if I was wasting her time...
Read moreWe don't use box springs for a mattress. We find it unnecessary as we live very simple with the mattress on the floor. It's just as nice and actually seems to be much more comfortable. Farmer's furniture requires customers to pay hundreds of dollars on box springs to honor a warranty on their mattresses. I went in to pay cash for a new mattress and had to turn away due to being forced to purchase something we don't need. Very unfortunate!
