Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Alexander City

Usually I have great experiences with Little Caesars but the night I went, it was bad. I never tall bad about my service but that night, it was awful. They were inside only with their drive thru being shut down and a sign saying drive thru closed. When I walked in, there was two others ahead of me. It took about 15 minutes for me to order because after one order, the person taking the orders would run away and we would have to wait for someone else to take our orders. They were singing and playing around in the back, which I get it. Sing to get rhe time to pass but don't sing so loud that we can hear it up front when we are already waiting 20 minutes. The guy who took my order didn't even let me finish before he ran off so I had to pay again just for sauce. The one lady was sounding rude(and she even gave me a slight attitude when I asked for sauce. She said "It a dollar something, ya know?" As in she didn't want to deal with me. I let her know I was trying to ask for it but he ran off.) I will day my food was hot but the cheese was only in the middle. I got cheesy bread and had to wait about 30 or 35 minutes for it. The parts with cheese was good, but the other parts were just bread. If they could place chairs in their lobby, that would be great because having 4 to 5 of us in the lobby and making us wait that long is outrageous. The lady behind me waited 10 minutes and yes I timed it before she said she was going somewhere else because no one took her order. They didn't apologize for our wait and acted like it was our fault for going there. His fiance is writing this: the lady at the window was very polite and nice, however we had to repeat several times what toppings we wanted on the pizza. She asked "just ham pineapple mushroom, no pepperoni?' to which I replied yes ma'am no pepperoni and add olives as well. Then she started "ham, black olives, pineapple, and mushrooms " to which I replied yes ma'am. After this conversation she stated it has been a long day which I can understand, as I have worked in fast food for many years. She asked us too pull up and wait for our pizza which was no problem. However after waiting at least 20 minutes for two pizzas our food was brought out to us by this man. He handed it to us and told us to have a goodnight. We always check our food before we leave because we both know mistakes happen no biggie. We noticed the one talked about in the previous encounter had pepperoni on it. So we took it in to see if they could remake it. I show the same guy the pizza and tell him what was supposed to be on it and he proceeded to say "that's what she wrung you up for besides the black olives but I will remake it for you" I then say thank you confused. Because our recept did not say pepperoni And also repeat AGAIN what was supposed to be on the pizza. He then proceeded to carelessly remake the pizza and again he remade the pizza with pepperoni on it. Mistakes happen and I am very understanding of that, however we waited over 30 mins due to the mess up after a LONG day at work all I wanted was a yummy pizza the way I like it. Worst customer service ever,The only reason I buy from here is my work pays for it . They order online but even if I call ahead I have to wait for an order made 4 hours ago and if they feel rushed it will not be fully cooked. They never answer the phone, I call over and over before I pick up for 3 months now every other week , I call a hour ahead every time and just hit redial, I just a want them to know about my order online e and nobody answers the phone, I am always stuck there asking if anyone can hear me, please a come to the counter to give me what I ordered 4 hours ago and it is never ready.
