I have no complaints with the sales people. My issue is with US Cellular and their spotty service in northern Iowa and all the dropped calls and the fact that they want me to change my current plan if I want a new phone for "free" and pay $10 more per month for the same package I already have which would also obligate me for 3 years for that "free" phone! I am not impressed at all and will be leaving to go back to Verizon this fall! Verizon may be a little more per month but at least they have the towers and the coverage that US Cellular only...
