Lucky Bowl — Restaurant in Algona

Sorry to say this, but this is the worst Chinese food I ever have in my life..No oriental flavors at all , look and taste old and my family and me get sick from it. I know how Chinese food taste like and I am a cook my self, I have Chinese food from California to New York, Las Vegas, Florida, Puerto Rico, Hawaii even Germany and other countries and this one is the worst Chinese food, this is dangerous food is no fresh. Also the custumer service is terrible, we ask for something and the rude lady insisted to us to buy something else because she say is a better deal and she not a good listener either. This rude lady like to yelled to the cooks and the atmosphere is just hostile. There not love or pride on this food. For me is an insult to chinisse cuisine. I suggest to buy a Chinese cook book and change the name and start all over. A restaurant always have to cook the best with fresh vegetales and meats for there custumer, if the custumer have a bad experience will never come back. Also I noticed fake google accounts to review your self with 5 start that is just not honorable. The food is hit or miss, and I've had better Asian cuisine. The hostess/waitress/owner? She is short, rushing, and rude. If I run out of water during my meal, then I'm pissed, then there's nobody around to help. If i go to any restaurant and dont get a "how is everything," or can i get you anything?" I leave a bad review. A language barrier used to be an ok excuse for this poor hospitality, but that was years ago, and it hasn't changed. She had her kid or kids in the back, and the table adjacent to us had dishes on it the whole time we sat there. The place needs updating, but none of them can make the business work so it keeps changing hands and owners, and they just keep using and reusing everything until it's wore out gross. If I could put 0 stars I would. The owner knows me and knows my order, yet when I walk in there and ask how much it is for 2 meals as I want them, she gives me the price and I payed. I told her no veggies when I asked for the price and said it again when she repeated my order to me. I came back to get my food and got home to find food with veggies in them, and the wrong meat in the one meal!!! I called and told her I said no veggies and she told me I was wrong, and that I hadn't said that I didn't want vegetables. Not going back...
