I was completely and utterly screwed over by this place. Taylor was the employee. He completely lied to my significant other who went to the store to get her phone fixed. He claimed all the iPhone 14s were having this same issue. He sold her several times “free of charge” because of promotional credits. He promised that the bill would not go up. He was lieing through his teeth. Upon checking Verizon’s website, my next bill was going from 120 to 450, and 320 every month after that. After canceling all this crap that was sold under false pretenses, I’ve spent many hours on the phone with Verizon trying to get this straightened out. They forwarded me to the fraud department, evidently because this outfit committed fraud. My sig other is not an account manager, but she was able to sign for all this stuff he was dishonest about. Throughout this nightmare I learned that they really have little to no association with Verizon, other than flying their flag. I will stick with dealing with the real Verizon moving forward. Atleast they’re honest about when they’re attempting to sell you something. I anticipate a week after the fact that I’m almost done with this migraine. I am comforted, though, with the knowledge that I still have the same phone issue that motivated the trip here in the first place. I can’t afford the first trip there, so I am going to have to respectfully decline on any...
Read moreWay understaffed. I felt so sorry for the guy that was working today. There was people lined up. He's only been there not very long. This guy definitely needs a raise his boss or whoever was on the phone one of the complete you know what and I cannot believe after 15 years of service they could not transfer my files for Free and then he also tried to tell me that he had to activate the phone. I said no you don't. I'm waiting for my other phone to be sent to my house so we can activate them at the same time that Verizon has not had very good luck at all. Everybody talks bad about that place around here. Hopefully they find a new owner or something and change that place around. Verizon's great and you're making it look bad. Everybody just searched your Verizon online. You can have it mailed right to your house or you can have it mailed to them and you can pick it up right there. And you don't have to pay a dime after I told him about that. Yep he said here you go sir and I was like they wanted to charge me 40 bucks to transfer everything on my daughter's phone but the guy that was working the younger guy. He's really trying to do his job. Like I said he needs a raise with management. You need to figure something out...
