The Hardwood Mall — Local services in Allegheny Township

Attempted to receive a quote for some flooring and was made aware of the following: Extremely lousy & unprofessional attitude from the individual who picked up the phone to have a quote sent out. I suspect if you don't have to communicate with this individual this could be a decent place to purchase hardwood flooring and other products. However, the lack of customer communications is extremely poor. Also, be aware they will not unload the flooring from their truck and expect you to have 3 people (Or more depending on your Square Footage & Length of your flooring order) to unload being rushed the whole time of delivery. If you do not unload quickly (15 minutes maximum) they will bill you starting at $100.00. See...

We've driven by this place a zillion times and we're always saying we should stop in... We finally did and it was absolutely worth the stop.

There is a very spacious showroom with a huge variety of stuff. The staff is super friendly and they remained open past closing time for some late comers.

They have a wide assortment of wooden furniture - tables, chairs, dressers, sofas, both indoor and outdoor. They have a very good selection of wood flooring and molding and can make anything they don't have in stock!

The pricing is really very good and the quality is very high. We will definitely be back to...

Wonderful experience! My husband recently got into woodworking so we thought we’d check out what they had to offer. As we meandered through the furniture, we felt inspired! Loved seeing the wide variety of tree species and finishes. We ended up purchasing several pieces of sanded, mulled lumber.
