Traveling through Alliance back in June, I ended up needing a new car battery. O’Reilly’s quoted me $280+, I was a bit shocked, but almost stuck in their parking lot not sure what choice I had, I called Sturdevant’s and was surprised to hear they had an ACDelco battery for $129+tax. I got a jump and made it to Sturdevant’s, everything there was smooth and easy, whoever the gentleman was there assisting me, he was very helpful.

6 months later, back in Colorado, the new battery starts going out, won’t hold a charge overnight. 200+ miles from the nearest Sturdevant’s, I find a GMC dealership that says they can warranty the ACDelco battery (GM owns ACDelco). But they say the receipt I have for the battery doesn’t have the right information on it so they can’t warranty it. I call Sturdevant’s Alliance and again they are very helpful and easy to talk to, I mostly communicated with Kelly this time. Kelly works with her boss and they figure out how to put the right part number on the receipt and email me a new invoice. A little more fuss with the dealership and eventually they warranty the battery, and now I’m good to go.

Have done a lot of business at Sturdevant's Auto Parts as well as Skeeter's Napa Auto Parts for years up in Chadron, though seeing that this store is much closer to where I now live it's become my go-to auto parts store. Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly employees, they know where to look in their books to set you up with precisely what we're needing at the time. Never received a wrong part yet the several times I've shopped here thus far, and always at fair buys. One thing I really like about Sturdevant's is a feeling one gets there as someone is calmly spending the time to find that perfect part and/or alternative, never in a rush in my experiences here (which is a GOOD thing, actually) so mistakes are avoided along with the waste of time and money associated with hasty service....
