By far has my favorite staff! I love going here and always being greeted with a family like vibe! Out of all the dispensaries I've been to, neighborhood provisions is my favorite number one place to go. They always have amazing deals, very helpful staff, the store is beautiful, and I always leave happy! I have only been to three dispensaries: two in Colorado and this one in Alpena, MI. Most that I drive past don’t look inviting and welcoming. Neighborhood Provisions IS! The store is absolutely immaculate, sophisticated, classy—not words I would normally associate with a dispensary, if I’m being stereotypical. The decor, display, and layout are so appealing to the eye and also make the products easier to see and learn about. When you arrive, a “budtender” will come and get you after check-in. Mine was Corey. He was wonderfully attentive and patient, and so knowledgeable. He really educated me on the products and their effects, and how they differed from one another. He easily spent almost an hour with me. What I appreciated most about my experience was the emphasis on education, and I can tell that is their mission at Neighborhood Provisions: to educate the public of the merits of THC, CBD, CBG, and CBN, and to prove that these products are not taboo, but do have a place in our society and community. I came to Alpena for a wedding, I live 3½ hours south. I wanted to check out what there is away from home, I normally don't travel far. I went to Neighborhood Provisions first thing in my morning, it was before 10am. Everyone was very welcoming. The shop itself was a cute little place. Travis was the one that came got me to help me shop. He was very friendly, especially for how early it was lol. But Travis was very helpful and knowledgeable, he answered questions I had about different concentrates and issues I had with some disposable vapes. They also had a cool selection, things I'd never seen closer to home- different brands and some really cool electric rigs/vapes (I bought a dragon egg and a nectar collector) to smoke concentrates.
