I have been waiting over two months for an estimate for flooring and tile in a small bathroom. I have called them several times always getting the response that they would call me back....which they never did. Today I called for the 5th and final time....only to be put on hold for 10 full minutes while I listened to a conversation about yards among other things. I hung up without ever talking to anyone.
