We rented the cotton candy machine for our Halloween event in Ashton, Iowa this past weekend. I had gotten an email with the event contract the Tuesday before my event so I figured everything was good to go. The day comes and it is scheduled to be delivered at 5:30pm as our event starts at 6:30pm. I start calling the phone number that was in the email sent with the event contract about 15 minutes after the scheduled time. I called back to back for about 30 minutes with no answer. Finally someone answered at about 6:15pm and by that time there was nothing that could be done because we were expected close to 100 kids coming in the door within 15 minutes and didn’t want anyone getting hurt when the machine was finally delivered and set up. We had a Carnival planned for our community and they cancelled less than 24 hours before they were to start I desperately started calling places and came upon Party Fun Rentals. Happy I did. They readjusted their schedule to help us out. We were able to have an awesome day with 5 inflatables and 2 interactive games. Thank you PartyFun Rentals! From two years old to 70 years young, our family and friends had a blast playing on the inflatable obstacle course! It provided hours and hours of fun and entertainment! You helped us top the evening off wonderfully with the soft serve ice cream machine. You helped me pick out the right size machine for our party. The small one was perfect and kept up with the steady pace of ice cream eaters.
