First off, I am particular about how my autos are treated while in for a repair. If you aren’t too particular, this review may not be too relevant. I brought in a passenger vehicle with almost flawless aluminum rims. I recently purchased this car from my parents who go South for the winter, so these rims haven’t saw salt or any harsh weather. After getting new tires installed at Foremans, 3 of the 4 rims had gouges through the clear coat which are very visible. The gouges were all the same looking, most likely associated with a pry-bar during the changing process. I am sure if it’s a work truck or tractor tire, you’ll be fine. If you care about your aluminum rims, I would take pictures before and inform them you expect them to look like they do when you bring them in. I requested them to do something about the damage but haven’t heard anything, despite my several attempts. The person that makes those types of decisions seems to be seldom there and the people working there haven’t been empowered to make those types of decisions. Also, my daughter brought in a car with grinding brakes and they said things were fine. I ended up taking the pads and rotors off and doing the repair. The pads on one wheel were completely to the metal of the pad, thus the grinding. Not sure how they would miss that. Maybe they have more work than they can accurately and with quality – do?

DO NOT BRING ANYTHING HERE!!!!!!!!! Brought my semi in on a Tuesday night. They called me wensday saying they can't get parts tell next Tuesday. I said ok order parts. called Tuesday morning said they had started on the truck said it would take 18hrs. called back Friday afternoon still wasn't done said it would be done around 4. I asked what took so long said they had orderd the wrong parts and had to re order the right ones. ok picked my semi up Sat morning. My 3 year old daughter rode with me I get back to the shop, 10 miles away and pop the hood and the leaf to frame bracket the top bolt was sticking an inch out. The nuts on the top bolt spun completely off. and the bottom two were coming off as well. I could take the top one out, and spin the bottom 2 by hand. Another 10 miles and my semi would have gone in the ditch! Called the owner rex and he acted like it was no big deal. Like I was trying to con him. And he said he didn't want to get in the middle of it. It was between me and the guys that worked on it. Sounds like a really good business owner to me. I also called around to two different shops in Sioux falls. They said they could have done it in 8 hrs. Needless to say I won't be bringing any of my vehicles back their and...

We had a tire blow out on our RV (which caused other issues) near Alton and the team at Foreman Tire were absolutely incredible. They responded right away, showed up on the scene and went right to work. They went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and the RV was back up and running with very little downtime. Incredibly friendly staff. They are thoughtful and considerate. They ran their business the way everyone should. Thank you guys! You should be proud of your...
