RGV Phone Repair — Local services in Alton

Very rude lady up front and Man with tattoos has a very bad bad attitude. I was in their store selling my iPhones for parts phone tech was seeing if they had been wet okay 2 of them were and one didn’t turn on (still can be used for parts ) took a working Samsung and a Lg with cracked screens okay he offered $20 told him no is okay.... phone tech was working on putting phones back together when I got a txt from my cousin on what’s up app and was walking out the door taking a pic of flyer when both employees came right behind me telling me why I’m talking about the company “ I seriously felt so scared I was shaking .. they invaded my privacy so much I wanted to cry I got so scared they were accusing me then he said I was mad cause he just offered me $20 for my phones . I told him no sir not at all I was just sending pic to my cousin to tell her where I was at ... and then they changed their story telling me they came after me to correct me that cause they heard me say “I repair “ and I’m guessing that’s another store that does repairs .... they were arguing with me both employees had to call my husband to get off the truck to calm both of them down they both were in my face the girl started putting her hand up to my face telling me to calm down I had to tell her to act professional. Horrible scary experience I don’t recommend this place . Very unprofessional I hope you all can get proper training Soon . Never going there agian! Video will be put up...

Went in for a screen repair for my iphone xr for the first time last week because i came across a post on facebook that they are offering lifetime warranty and free glass protector on there repair so i decided to give them a try.. long story short they had ran out of screen protectors for my phone and man in the front (im thinkin hes the owner) told me he would have it for me next day if i could bring it in he would place it and since its free i said yes well i couldnt make it the following day, almost a week later i show up and i ask him if i could still get my free glass protector and he immediately had it installed no questions asked!!! I got my screen replaced and it's been about 2-3 weeks. The screen is very sensitive in my pocket. Constantly gets locked since it's pressing buttons in my pocket when it didn't do that before. When i answer a call it sometimes presses the mute button and the screen sensor doesn't detect when i move my phone away from my cheek so the screen stays off. My face ID doesn't work anymore so now i have to use my password pin. I would pay the extra money and go to another shop. The employee and the owner are not very organized or professional, personally wouldn't go back and wouldn't...
