Do not expect to receive good customer service here. We have come twice already and buy more than $50 in product and have never been asked what kind of dog we have or have been recommended anything. The employee that has been there the past two times is short and dry and seems like he just wants the customer out of there ASAP. Way over priced product. You are better off buying online. It’s cheaper. We live in mission so this location is closer but from now on we will go the location in Alamo.

Staff is highly knowledgeable and caring towards animals. Clearly it's a lifestyle not just a hobby to pass time. Very helpful with my dogs. A great place for supplies and supplements no one else has.

Been coming here for a while and I think it’s so unprofessional to be drinking in front of the front door of this business. You can’t even bring your family in because of how they rather drink and party in the front door and having cookouts. Customer service is wack, and they literally don’t care about how many fur babies you got and what they need. Overall won’t be back anymore . Take your money...

They have everything your pet needs protein, gains like everything anything you need they have it go by and get everything for your pet the even got for horses, chickens, all types of animals you name it they got it believe me 100% go by and get your pets the best...
