This is a very clean, organized grocery store. For that, it has little competition in Amery, and in relation to other Dick's, it's in-line with the rest, and fulfills expectations. Always fully stocked, with a pretty solid variety of products, and items I was surprised to see. It has a Wisconsin usual in a "beer cave", a full deli, a sushi space, nice sized meat counter, and dairy. Ethnic foods get decent space, and some items I would usually expect to see in a store geared to those regions, so that's good. The employees are friendly, and help to the best of their abilities. This location has self checkouts, and an in store Caribou coffee. Check out the app for weekly deals!
{Update}: while everything in the above review still stands, there is word to check on expiration dates on items. While I'm sure they do diligence on checking them, a few can slip through.
{2nd Update} of you're planning on being around the areas there's A Dick's, check out the app for cool deals. I know, I know everyone and everything has an app nowadays,...

Did not even turn his head.People would rather put customers at risk than be slightly inconvenienced. The “don’t tread on me” tripe is getting old real quick when thousands are dying from a preventable disease! It is truly disheartening to see a small town grocery store be so cavalier with the health of the community they serve. Some people who are at high risk of becoming very sick don’t have any other options but to shop here. They do not have transportation or money to shop somewhere that cares about...
Read moreThe store is generally clean due to remodel. Time to rise to the current environment! When I was there on a Friday in the early afternoon, none of the employees were wearing masks. Except, the check out person whom only had her mask cover her mouth and not her nose. I mentioned it to her and she said she couldn't because it fogged her glasses. I said, look I wear glasses and offered to help direct her to adjust her mask. I am amazed that a store of this quality does not have more safety measures in place for customers. In addition, appears the carts are not cleaned. Forgot to mention that they don't wear gloves at check out nor do they clean the belt.I don't feel safe going back...
