I come to this place to visit New England sports cards who I love. Some times when that shop owner isn’t there and I’m left to deal with the antique store staff, I’m treated very poorly.
I was once in the shop browsing cards and was on the phone with my sister, talking about what boxes I wanted to purchase. The antique store staff came in and told me that if I “couldn’t make up my mind I should go sit in my car and come back when I made up my mind” which kind of stunned me. I ended up leaving and spending a few hundred bucks at MerryMac games and comics instead.
Today, I showed up at 4:50pm, which to me is 10minutes before the closing time of 5pm last I checked, and parked in front, only for me and my wife to be met at the door by the antique woman telling us she was closed. Okay I can respect that, but instead of acknowledging that she closed early, she snidely said “check the website, we close at 5pm” to which I replied “it’s 4:50pm, and your open sign is still up”

Read moreI have driven past this Treasure trove for far too long! The dog alone is worth the trip! And they are an animal advocate group anyway. I frequented one in Nashua, Lucky Dog, so I really appreciate the concept. Read moreSuch a gem! We were welcomed as soon as we stepped in by Shirley and her "greeter-in-training" dog Hailey. Lots of wonderful things to look at and experience! Definitely a nostalgic trip! There is something for everyone here even for our cats! We will be returning very soon!
